The Tournament Schedule
In order to allow Roses and Teams time to support fellow team members the following schedule will be closely adhered to. Please plan to be timely.
11 am-Noon
Arts and Sciences Competition
Rose and populace bean count style competition. Roses and the populace will be able to cast their votes for the Rose Teams Arts and Science Competitor! Each artisan will have access to a 2x2 table space. There is no set theme for the day, please bring the project that pleases you!
Equestrian, Thrown Weapons and Archery Tournaments
-In state horses need coggins and health certificate within one year, and out of state horses need coggins within one year and health certificate within 30 days.
-All riders and ground crew must have their emergency contact information on their person.

- At the same time we invite Roses and their Teams to have their photos taken in the same area. Our photographer Lord Ceadda will be on hand to snap your photo.

Site Information
For members traveling with Horses, Friday night camping is available. The fee is $35 dollars which will include an electric camp site a stall for horse and access to water (That will need to be hauled a short distance). Please make sure to clean out stall when leaving.
***Please note: Site is dog friendly but please bring your own water for pets and you must clean up all dog messes or we could lose site in the future. Animals are not allowed in the Cafeteria Space.
